Philippa leads the Ministry Team at TLC and, together with our Elders, provides spiritual and strategic leadership to our community. Following a season of transition, we are now in a dynamic phase of rebirth and renewal. As we shape our Strategic Plan for the next three years, we are refining our vision and mission—building on our strengths and embracing new opportunities.

Philippa is passionate about helping people cultivate healthy life rhythms and discover wholeness, meaning, and purpose. She finds joy in nature walks, films, and good conversation.
Cliff Fielding
Creative Worship Leader
Cliff serves on our Ministry Team with a focus on Creative Worship. He delights in walking alongside people, listening deeply, and encouraging them on their journey. With a love for film, theatre, and visual art, Cliff is energised by exploring how creativity and spirituality intersect.
Peter Smith
Associate Minister
Serving has always been at the core of TLC’s DNA: serving those who make up our church community, the communities in which we live, and the global community. I have spent much of my working life in cross-cultural service and have a passion for understanding and reaching out to the diverse cultures and subcultures around us and the world.
One of the things I also enjoy about TLC is its strong connection with music and the arts as an expression of God’s creative work in the world. Following Jesus’ priority to serve people who are hurting, marginalised, suffering from injustice, or without necessities for a fulfilled life is also important to me and the TLC community.
We have a strong desire to be faithful to the calling of Jesus, the message of the Scriptures, and the work of God in our everyday lives to make a difference in ourselves and the world around us. Foodbank operates Monday’s and Tuesday’s out of the TLC Office from 1-3pm. It provides a vital service to the surrounding community.
A hard-working member of our team who has been a TLC community member for a long time. She is the person who keeps the office ticking over behind the scenes.

Jeff Garrioch
TLC Support - Administrator and Secretary
A working life in the corporate sector in various management and consulting roles has given Jeff a broad base of skills that he brings to the not-for-profit world. He has served on various not-for-profit committees and boards over his long involvement with the sector.
He currently serves as the Chair of the Glen Park Community Centre, a committee of Governance member of the TLC Church and Secretary & Administrator of TLC Support Inc.
Russell has spent his entire working life in the Victorian Public Service, specifically working with honey bees and the honey bee industry and has contributed to Victorian and national working groups.
During his employment he gained experience in writing funding applications for a variety of projects. He is currently the grant application writer for TLC Support.
