Stallholder’s application

Welcome to Fair’s Fair for 2019!

 FF started in 2012 as an idea to promote living and buying ethically. We want to be good stewards of this great planet of ours and support projects both globally and locally that assist to create jobs, skills and dignity.

Our 2019 event will be held on ……………………… Saturday October 26th from 10am – 3pm

As well as stalls which sell great gifts for Christmas and other celebrations we will have a range of food, activities and music to entertain the whole family.  

Potential stallholders are asked to apply for a stall. We are keen to have a wide variety of stalls and goods on offer that reflect the ethos of the day.

Stallholders are asked to provide their own tables to a maximum of 2 meters in length, (a limited amount of tables for hire are available on request at a cost of $10/table payable with stall fee). 

Stallholders must adhere to the 2 metre limit if that is what they have paid for. There will be a small number of stalls that will be on a corner, allowing 2 tables of 2 x 1 metres.  If you would like one of these please let us know and we will allocate a corner place, if available, for a higher fee.  

We will have space for around 40 stalls inside our main hall, a number of spaces for stalls outside along the verandah and undercover,  plus space for stall holders to provide their own small marquee if you prefer to be in the carpark.

Fees –

(Early Bird $xx/yy Normal cost.

·        Card Table 1 x 1 metre - $20/25

·        2 metre x 1 metre table - $40/45

·        Corner site with 2 tables of 2 metres x 1 metre - $55/60

·        Early Bird by Monday  June 24th, 2019

·        After June 24th Normal cost

Payments can be made via cheque and dropped into the TLC Office on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday along with the application form or pay via direct debit to:

You can set up your stall on Friday evening 25th October between 4pm -7:30pm . Please let us know when making your booking if this is your preferred option.

Doors will be open on Saturday 26th for set-up from 7.00am, and we ask that all stallholders be set up by 9.45am, and stay for the duration of the Fair.

Security will be provided in the TLC building overnight on Friday 25th October.
